Shipping policy
Delivery Timeline
Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages. Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (Eastern Time – Canada). Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day. Order handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). After this time, your shipment is delivered to our carrier and ready for transit. Transit time is 5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday) for standard delivery within Canada.
Shipping Carriers
We use the following shipping carriers within Canada: Canada Post, UPS Canada, FedEx, DHL Canada, and other trusted carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free within Canada. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered directly to your address with no shipping charges. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your package. We provide a tracking page on our website where you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, including delayed packages, missing items, or delivery attempts, please contact our customer service team. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any delivery problems promptly.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping to countries outside Canada at this time.
