30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What can be returned

• Items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and earrings can only be returned if they're faulty.
• Faulty or wrong items can always be returned — just tell us what happened.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first — we can't match parcels that arrive without a return request.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

These terms don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer in Canada.
